My Next Big Purchase
Right now I'm contemplating on getting myself the new iPOD Nano (unless of course folks from Singapore, HK, or the US are nice enough to give this to me as a birthday gift). I just love how it looks. You know me, STYLE OVER SUBSTANCE (thanks to To Wong Foo).

New Phone
For quite a while now I was using the company provided phone which is a Nokia 6600. I brought it with me everywhere I went, even abroad. Lately, however, I wanted to get one for myself. One that I could call my own. More recently, a phone model caught my eye. I can't remember when I fell in love with flip-phones but this one just had to be mine.

I'm just so happy with this new no frills phone that I am now writing about it. It takes really decent pictures. Has got your basic needs. No bluetooth though so I just bought a cable to connect it to my PC. I love how it feels and the big buttons on the keypad. Lastly, I love the flip and how it contours to my huge face. HAHAHA.
Thank GOD they offered it at a 0% interest monthly payment scheme. (oh yeah, the photo below was taken using my new phone)

Slow Weekend
Started the weekend in a weird way. Friday night was for judging this turnabout pageant a small part of the company did. Hillarious as shit. I had tons of fun and I'm glad they invited me. Got freebies too. GCs from Starbucks and a leather note pad holder. Plus got to eat dinner for free. Haha.
Saturday morning was a photoshoot for Animo magazine. I was with my choir friends as the magazine will be coming up with a 3-page article on us. Cool huh? Most likely it would be published by December. I'd have to remind myself to get me a copy of that issue.
The rest of the day was ho hum, had lunch at recipes after the shoot (which I dressed up for, why not?). Then proceeded on to the condo with a friend while my hubby is with his friend. After a few hours of internet-ing, my friend and I decided to pamper ourselves so we went to a "spa". He had a facial, I had my foot spa (as I've had my facial the week prior). After over an hour, my feet were too relaxed to even move. My friend was already finished with his facial, which he recommends as a penitenciary rite for Holy Week. I on the other had still had my cleaning. Two hours, and I'm done. Wow! That's worth the money. Feet're pampered. SWEET!
Off to home to meet up with a couple of other friends hanging out. Got there with the folks dying to eat (who's stopping them). Grabbed dinner at 7-Eleven and munched on the food while watching uhm, I can't remember what we were actually watching. I think we were that hungry.
Took the chance in watching Mean Girls again, that's one helluva movie. I LOVE IT! I wish I were Lindsey. hahahaha. Kiddin'
Proceeded to update ourselves with PinoyBigBrother (pinoybigbrother.com) to find out who got the boot. I swear these Filipino reality shows are driving me nuts. Well, this one mostly. I can't believe they dragged on with the first send off for TWO WHOLE HOURS!! SHEESH! To top it off, the boot out the hottest guy on the show!!! WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY! hahahaha... Anyhoo...
Today would be labor intensive. We're getting a new bed. Sorta. I'm getting my queen sized bed from my parents' house and return their bed. I miss that Ethan Allen knock off. Sigh. HAHAHAHA. I can't wait!!!
