I was watching Rachael Ray this morning and a word she said caught my attention. She was making some dish that mixed chipotle, chorizo, and ADOBO. I was like "WHAT?!"
It was seriously adobo (just a tame version of it) and she says Bobby Flay (of Iron Chef) introduced her to it. So I ended up googling Bobby Flay and adobo. Found a lot of hits and realized that it's one of his favorite dishes.
